R. Jacob Baker: CMOS & DRAM Circuit Design

R. Jacob (Jake) Baker is an engineer, educator, and inventor. He has more than twenty years of engineering experience and holds more than 200 granted or pending patents in integrated circuit design.Jake is the author of several circuit design books for Wiley-IEEE Press, including CMOS: Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation, Revised, 2nd Edition, DRAM Circuit Design: Fundamental and High-Speed Topics , 2nd Edition, and CMOS, Mixed-Signal Circuit Design. He received the 2000 Best Paper Award from the IEEE Power Electronics Society and the 2007 Frederick Emmons Terman Award from the American Society of Engineering Education?s Electrical and Computer Engineering Division.
